So many of us drag our history with us to every new thing we do.  It’s no wonder we have a difficult time making life changes.  Right?  Well, here’s the secret to changing habits: get clear on what it is you WANT.  Don’t just say it, but define it.  How does your life change once you have it?  Close your eyes, see yourself walking down the street already having it.  What’s different?  Check your posture. Check your breathing.  What do you notice about your body?  About your mindset?  How do you interact with people?  How do you feel about yourself?  Be there.  Be in it.  Then open your eyes and write all that down.  NOW make this your life guide.  Practice being just like this all of the time.  —  Forget where you’ve been.  Focus on where you’re going.  MZ
